• Advanced options for quickly finding a shipment file by searching the file data.
• Access permissions feature on different sections of the program based on user roles and groups, with pre-defined groups such as Document Controller, Operations, Finance, Administrators, with the ability to add new groups and assign users to them.
• Insert a customizable digital library that allows customization of library collections and content such as rules, regulations, forms, notifications, etc. With the ability to select custom categories and add WordPress/Axel/PDF files or web links to library categories. Users can browse and search the library and open content such as web links or files directly from the program.
• The software allows multiple users to share data on the local network.
